Is your current version still supported?

Infor VISUAL versions 9.0.8 and 8.0.0 are currently covered under Infor’s mainstream maintenance.  9.0.8 will be covered until May 31, 2022, while 8.0.0 will be covered until May 31, 2020.  Previous versions have had their mainstream maintenance already expire.

To make the most of your current maintenance agreement it is strongly recommended to stay current on the latest release.

Infor’s new release policy. 

Infor has adopted a new release policy starting with version 9.0.8.   Releases will occur annually and will be patched throughout the year. Infor’s next major release will be 10.0.0 on June 1st, 2020.  Major releases will be supported and patched for 3 years.

This new approach provides a more consistent roadmap for you to plan your future upgrades while staying current on maintenance and taking advantage of new enhancements like Shop Floor Mobile, Document Lifecycle, Document Maintenance, and many more.
