Synergy Resources, a leading provider of manufacturing solutions and services, announced a planned realignment of its Canadian services team.
Louise Mayer has been appointed Services Manager – Canada and Dan Telep has been appointed Operations Director – Canada.

Louise Mayer is a natural leader who has been involved in a variety of manufacturing industries for over 20 years, including metal fabrication, labeling and functional materials, and home appliance production. Over the span of her career, Louise has gained both hands-on and management experience in Production Planning and Scheduling, Procurement, Shipping and Logistics, Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.
Through leadership roles for an ISO certification project and an ERP re-implementation, Louise discovered a passion for project management. This led her to obtain her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). She has since championed many ERP-oriented projects, achieving results such as improving ERP master data accuracy by 90%, realizing $100,000 annually in procurement process efficiency improvements, and attaining a ROI of just over 1 year for a global production reporting software implementation.
Transitioning into the consulting world by joining Synergy Resources, Louise has used her extensive knowledge and experience in operations and project management to help our team and our clients achieve their business objectives.
Dan Telep has been working with and leading ERP implementation projects for over 20 years. Dan has a passion and a vision for how ERP can transform an organization. Often affectionately called an “ERP Evangelist”, his ability to hear a business need and translate that into a practical solution is second to none. He also has ERP leadership experience in a variety of industries, including aerospace, medical devices, metal fabrication, and food products.
For the first 10 years of Dan’s ERP career, he was an ERP user. Working for 6 different companies, he would hold a title such as ‘Operations Manager’ or ‘Plant Manager’, where he used Infor ERP as his weapon-of-choice to measure, achieve, and improve both operations and financial processes.
After being a successful ERP user, Dan became an Infor ERP implementation consultant for several years and helped implement ERP for over 55 different businesses, in different industries, from coast to coast. After this, he founded ‘ERP That Works’ corporation, which became one of the top performing Infor Channel Partners within a few short years. He believed, and demonstrated that there was a better way to sell to, and serve, Canadian ERP customers. Most recently, Dan served as VP of Marketing and Operations for another Infor partner.
