Establish and monitor a realistic plan with milestones.
Change is the only constant in manufacturing. We expect changes to both opportunities and challenges to occur during our projects. For this reason, our Advantage-1 Implementation methodology keeps us on track regarding project goals by embedding well defined milestones that are constantly monitored and updated for progress.
Communication is key.
All implementations use cloud-based Project Portals to coordinate the many tasks that have to be accomplished, keeping everyone involved in the project on the same page. We also employ a “Project Pulse Survey” that polls each project member on six key project elements. This allows everyone to see both successes and areas that may need to be addressed before they impact the project.
