Workshop Topic:
Engineering Change Notice is the process used to control and enable product designs during the manufacturing process.

Why Use:
To be able to manage and track the progress of the services that are necessary in the manufacturing process as well as be able to maintain an accurate costing model for the part masters and engineering masters.

Workshop Description (2 hours):
During this session, you will learn how to set up engineering change notices and walk through the entry to approval and implementation process. Attendees will enter all the necessary set up and ECN entry. Your instructor will spend up to 30-45 minutes reviewing the training material, which will be made available to you at the end of the session. The remaining time will be
dedicated to entering, processing, and looking up history related to ECNs.

Engineering will benefit from this training.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this workshop attendees should be able to set up engineering change notices, enter an ECN entry, update the necessary levels of approval and implement a change to engineering master and/or work orders, in their live environment.

Workshop Prerequisite:
This is a hands-on workshop. Attendees should have working knowledge of the VISUAL ERP system. Attendees must also have security rights and access to a recent copy of a restored test database.
