We contacted WM Synergy and set up a personalized Workshop. Our instructor taught us how to identify inaccuracies in our database, correct the fundamental system settings that impact costing, and use the system tools to automate the updating of thousands of Part Masters and Engineering Masters. The systematic approach helped us realize our goals, and as our fears diminished, we moved forward with the project. We now have a much more accurate costing model, yet equally as important, we have intimate knowledge of how that costing got there.
