We’re excited to have our guest speaker, Stephanie Manson, join us to share her company’s success story. Stephanie, a native of North Providence, Rhode Island, graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Management Information Systems. Following graduation, Stephanie relocated to Nashua, New Hampshire to begin her career as an Industrial Engineer with UltraSource, Inc., a world leader in custom ceramic thin film manufacturing in Hollis, New Hampshire.

While still at UltraSource, Stephanie quickly transitioned into the role of Business Systems Analyst, responsible for ERP development and business process improvement. In March 2014, Stephanie decided to leave UltraSource in pursuit of her career goal of becoming a consultant. Stephanie has joined Synergy Resource, LLC as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and is excited to begin her new challenge.
